We arrived at Kalibo Airport and rode a van going to Caticlan proper and alight to Jetty Port to Boracay Island. We arrived around 1 in the morning so we decided to spent the night in the port instead going straight to the island. (Our Room check in will be 12nn).

We spent the night at Caticlan Port! Budget trip pa more! Hahaha

Arrived at Kalibo International Airport
Ride a van going to Caticlan
Spent the night in Caticlan Jetty Port 

Day 1 Itinerary
7:00AM-Boat ride to Katigbak Jetty Port
Ride a mini Jeep to Station 2
8:00AM- Arrived at Boracay Island Station 2 
Accomodation: Club Manila East 
Free Time: Swimming, Banana Boat, Parasailing, Dinner, BarHopping


BACKPACKING SAVING TIPS
AIRFARE
   We scored these cheap tickets to Boracay last year, it was supposedly 7days Western Visayas trip due to conflict of schedule, we rebook our flight and squeeze into 3days trip, we tried to visit the most recommended places that could fit into our tight trip Itinerary.

FOOD
    The amount stated is a rough estimate. It was a pain to keep track of our food expenses. We estimated our food around 500 per head/day.

ACCOMODATION
    We stayed in Club Manila East for a night and got a discount from "Travelbook.ph" Each person only spent 425 pesos. During off season, they offer good discounts. We booked the room for only 1700pesos pernight instead for walk in guest they offer it for 2500pesos.


ACTIVITIES
.   Much better if you travel with friendssss as in many friends. The more the cheaper the activities 
BANANA BOAT- 1500 (10PAX)
They also offer Day tour packages only costs 400pesos with free lunch!!! We're you can experienced whole day Island Hopping including Puka Beach, Carabao Island and some activities (Didn't have a chance to have a day tour, it started 9:00AM-3:00PM.

Parasailing! Never ever forget to try this!

No, I'm not afraid of heights. But I'm afraid of falling into the deep blue sea.

We had some bar hopping and watched fire dancing. We ended the night a bit drunk and shutdown by 12mn since we're too tired of all the activities that day (CINDERELLA FEELS).

We ordered Mango Margarita for 2 glasses for only 180pesos

We got up early and had our breakfast in Chickboy, since were on a budget trip. For the last few hours in the Island we managed to experience the SUP (Stand Up Paddle). I would say its more for Photo-ops after that we start our Pasalubong Hunting and Bid goodbye to Boracay Island!

From the port, We hopped into the bus bound for San Jose, Antique.
