Satisfy your Korean Inner soul at JongLo Korean Restaurant
8:39 AMJongLo Korean Restaurant (Front) |
Annyeonghaseyo (Hello/Goodbye), Kamsahamnida (Thank you) Saranghae (I love you). These are just a few words you always heard from your favorite Korean dramas.
These days millenials has invaded by the korean culture whether its korean drama, fashion, skin care and most especially food.
Are you one of them? (If yes, go ahead and read this blog haha)
2nd level (Where you can try the Hanbok Traditional costume) |
If you want to feel korean vibes just for a day, I would highly recommend, JongLo korean cuisine that can be found in 1734 Bocobo St. Malate Manila that is open 24/7 just along Bellagio Square.
How to get there:
If you're familiar from Pedro Gil Station, just walk towards Robinsons Place Manila, you turn left on Bacobo St. (5 blocks from Lrt). A few more walk after you passed by Malvar St. You'll finally reach JongLo Korean.
With my King and chingu (friend) wearing Hanbok! |
The korean pose "Heart Heart" ( I didn't notice my main doing some japan japan pose haha) |
Aside from korean dishes, you can also try to wear the korean traditional costume "Hanbok" That really makes me feel like korean for a day! You can wear it before or after eating. (Wearing Hanbok while eating is not allowed)
Yeah, Don't mind us but the foods. (We're so hungry when we get there to the point we didn't have any top lay photo for the foods ughh) |
Sampyeopsal only for 250! (You can only grill meat on the first level. It is where their griller is available) |
Bibimbap |
The foods here are delicious and worthy of your money. We only spent 1200 (That's 400 each) but yeaah, Its worth the travel from Cavite to Malate. (We're really craving for this for so long) I will also suggest to eat here by a group so you can save money and partition the expenses.
Happiest 24th Birthday, Lovely (My best Thirdwheel partner/ Photographer) |
